Q:Where is the package shipped from?

A: Most of the packages are from our warehouse in China, but we also have limited stock in our warehouse in TX. A small portion of packages can be shipped from the TX warehouse.

Q:How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A:The processing time is about 1-4 days.The shipping time to the USA is about 9-15 days, to worldwide locations is about 9-15 days, and to South Korea is about 9-15 days.

Q:How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A:The processing time is about 1-4 days. The tracking number will be sent within that timeframe. If you don’t receive the tracking number, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.

Q:Is shipping really FREE?

A:Yes, we provide a free shipping service.

Q:Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A:Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. If you don’t receive the order number, feel free to contact us to check.

A: There is no import tax for the US if you choose the free shipping service. For other countries, we don’t cover customs; if customs fees apply, you will need to pay them yourself.
