This is a 3rd generation Toyota LED emblem that works with the Front RADAR ACC Pre-Collision Sensor. It fits 2018-2019 or early 2020 Tundras that have changed to an aftermarket grille. The aftermarket grille part number is 53101-0C040.
If you use the stock grille and your car's model is a 2018-2019 or early 2020 Tundra, it will not fit.
