No — there is no ACC/radar sensor located behind the front emblem on the MK7, so you don't need to worry about any radar interference. It works with your MK7 without affecting any driver-assist features.

Q: What's the difference between the 3rd and 4th generation LED emblems?
Great question! Our newest Dynamic VW Light-Up Emblem is only about 7mm thick. Earlier versions were around 20–24mm — too thick for the radar signal to pass through, which interfered with the vehicle's radar and ACC functions. That's why we didn't recommend installing the older versions on radar-equipped models.
The new-generation emblem solves this completely: at just 7mm, the radar signal passes through cleanly, so it's now fully compatible with ACC/radar for Emergency Braking on supported models.
